I did the show in 2016 with jewelry, and so did my neighbor, which didn't bother me as much as the lack of traffic. There were thousands of customers on the main street. I had my worst show in years and so did my neighbor. My husband was on the main street and did well enough to come back. Fireworks, bands and such at the area near the water draw people down the main drag, nothing pulls them to the sides.
If you jury in, and are not on the main street, the hordes -and there are hordes of people- going down to the water and entertainment are unlikely to see you. I did have a friend who did well on a side street with gift items, but I think the side streets got only a fraction of the main. Fair warning.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
not much except food, possibly.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Very poor show layout of where they placed jewelers, abundance of jewelers, low end crafts at last street.
Very few amenities.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Unless your booth is on the main street, (not near the music) pretty dismal, as well as way too many jewelers. On my street they had jewelers all in a row next to each other. What art committee would do that!
Crowds come for the music and fun, art is not the main feature. Some artists did well, most did not.
