The show is really very difficult to do it because the terrain is very uneven, lots of dust covers your artwork, specially if it rains, muddy and slippery, no where to hide. Booths in the middle of the show are the best but who gets them, I have no idea.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
This show is in a beautiful historic park with tall redwoods. Many great volunteers. People were friendly and supportive. Many nowledgeable, educated buyers.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Load in and load out were very difficult. I'm glad I recently purchased a hand cart with various settings. Load-in by library was not monitored. Some vendors parked vehicles for an entire day, instead of unloading, then moving vehicles so others could park close to their booths.
Terrain was quite steep which made carrying heavy items difficult and exhausting. They need to manage the load in and load out better, and have more volunteers who can actually help with heavy items.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Be in very good shape if your work is at all heavy, or pay an extra $175 or so to be able to drive in to specific booths. Bring a good cart/hand truck that can navigate hills otherwise.
Additional Commentary on this Show:
Again, load in and load out were major problems because of artists arriving early and staking out a handy spot, then keeping it for the entire day. Show management should enforce this. It is mentioned in their info, but not at all enforced by them.
What prompted you to submit a review today?
Dissatisfaction with load in and load out. Rules for this weren't enforced.

Good Things about this Art Fair: Great volunteer support. Well organized. Affluent customer base.
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Park can be very dark in spots due to trees. Very dustry. Challenging load in and load out, some artists have to dolly.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: Good show if you don't have to travel far or if you can combine it with other shows. Very high quality art. Bring your lights and lots of dust cloths
