This is the 4th year, 2016, for us at this show. The first year we had a side street and it was not good. The 2nd and 3rd we were on the main drag and it was pretty good. This year we are back on the side street and it is awful. We hope to get expenses back. They never tell you your spot before the show so you can't decline if you don't like the spot. This year the guy who gave us our spot said " Oh you got a good spot.", as if saying would make it so. There is an L of booths here and I feel especially bad for the people on the short end of the L. People can go all the way to the end of long part and totally miss the turn for the other leg. I doubt we will ever do it again.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
Downtown Dunedin is a beautiful area with eclectic shops and tasty restaurants along its Main Street. It is a perfect setting for a fine art show. The weather in January was perfection.

There was a great crowd that was receptive, appreciative and complimentary of your art.

Bad Things about this Art Fair:
The problem was (and it is a rather large problem) no one was buying. I create mixed media 3D wall art which ranges from $60 to $400. Everyone loved it, no one wanted to buy it. That same thing was said from many of the other vendors in the show that were selling larger, high priced items such as oil paintings, sculpture and water color.

On the other hand, both of my neighbors were jewelery artists and they said they had a solid show.
