Good Things about this Art Fair:
Beautiful park setting, lots of activities, performances, kid art competition, and a decent selection of various art.
What could this Art Fair have done better?:
Stop jurying in buy sell, shorten the hours of the show- it ran to 7p two nights and by 5p it was dead. In those last few hours sales were few.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Know going into it that the locals are not the patrons….and utilize your mailing list to invite your tribe out.
Additional Commentary on this Show:
The organizers need more education on buy sell, and how to spot it. Over the years good artists have stopped applying because of this, resulting in them allowing more buy sell. It’s not a fine art show for sure.
