Good Things about this Art Fair:
Very upscale community. Interested in the arts. Relaxed atmosphere. Good variety of artists.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Close confines for set-up as limited room for vehicles. Most important, too many artists. The show promoters keep adding artists which makes it hard to generate sales.
Many customers complain that the show is too large for the time allotment.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
This is a one-day street fair. There is considerable foot traffic. Storage space on the sidewalks.
Jurying in person or by mail.
