The organizers do not care about artists.
It's also not true that they chose artists carefully.
We found "made in China" labels on items from 2 different "artists"
And they told us that the cost is $570! per booth.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
You can unload and stay parked behind your booth and set up all day Friday or early Sat. morning.
Quality of art was good.
Park setting is beautiful but attracts local dog walkers and strollers not interested in the art.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Poor attendance and sales, not only for us, but for at least 6 other artists I spoke to with varied mediums: painting, glass, jewelry, fiber.
There was a lot of wearable fiber. Two fiber artists I spoke with did not do well. Others may have been better.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
If you are local and looking for a filler show, this might be for you.

We do rather well at most of the 16 shows a year that we do. It's our only income. This show was the least profitable of all and yet was rated with 4 stars in Sunshine Artists magazine.
