Good Things about this Art Fair:
Well organized and communicative before and during the show.
Parking (free) provided close to the venue.
Plenty of space between booths for storage.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Because it is in a park, had to dolly in and out. It was not bad for us because we were close to an entrance and we were on cement but for others the distance was longer and over turf.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
This show is in a beautiful downtown park with lots of great trees, the people are all very nice and the artwork was well juried with a nice diversity.
lots of awards well distributed across medias and styles of art.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Information about load in did not indicate that it was about 2 football fields to the booth site from the closet parking. Map made it look like drive up unload and load out.
Lack of attention to details, packets not complete, or totally missing, those who had rented tents all had to patch holes, no water at hand washing station but plenty of soap (imagine soapy hands no water!), only one food vendor on Sunday.
Everything downtown closes, so no other close options. 3days!
In 2015 they started charging $5 at the gate. This caused a lot of discussion among the audience like;they did not know, there had never been a gate before they had to enter in new locations and had to walk a bit to find the entry.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
The traffic was way down due to predicted storms, new entry fees and a race in town. So in other years this could be a really great show.
The people are really nice and there were definitely buyers in attendance. So give it a try.
