Good Things about this Art Fair:
Very well run!
Accommodating to your needs.
Shadyside folks and regional attendance always show up.

Discerning buyers have cash if you have unique, well delivered art and can close.

Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Very early setup times due to waiting for street closure.

Artists parking and shuttle can be strenuous

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Lots of people go by, lots of just lookers but the discerning buyers are there if you close on them without letting them "Be Back."

Fair stretches along three blocks and many get wore out and never return, especially in August sun. Close when they are there and you have a good chance to do well at this show.
