Good Things about this Art Fair:
Location is nice. Courthouse square in the middle of town. Lots of trees, easy access.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
No entertainment. Curbs in front of booths don't invite people to step in to your booth. Weather at this show was awful.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Get there early. It's like a competition to get a parking spot to set up as the whistle blows.
Additional Commentary on this Show:
Nobody that was around me or that I spoke to did well at this show. It rained and hailed the whole time. Sales were horrid. Most of us lost money. The only people that seemed to do well were the cookie and fudge vendors.
I'm sure the weather had everything to do with it. I was told by local vendors that there are usually a lot of people at the show from Phoenix escaping the heat. It wasn't hot in Phoenix, so the attendance was poor.
Lots of great compliments, no sales. I won't spend the money to return to this show.
