Good Things about this Art Fair:
well organized
nice staff
easy to find location
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
advertised as fine art show but had a fudge vendor and a community marketplace where such things as breads, soaps, crafty items and clothing were sold and vendor fees were half that of the artists' fees.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Choose a booth that is not on the ends of the tents as they really got hit by the high winds. There were fans on the ends which were very loud and also cut into the usable space.

I did this show and found that it's more like a craft fair than a fine art show. There were vendors outside who sold such items as soaps and bread. They paid half what the art vendors paid for a booth space. The fee for them was $200. There were three large tents for the art vendors so it was nice not to deal with my own tent however, a huge, very loud fan was placed right at the corner of my corner booth so I lost a good chunk of my display area. The crowd seemed largely made up of people who cannot afford fine art so we had a lot of lookers, not buyers.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
Well organized, good staff, above average sales
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
THE WIND is serious. DO NOT under any circumstances show 'outside' if they still offer the option. Go in the tents. Damaged artwork, super high stress, miraculous sales while holding down tent which had 300lbs of weights on it, beware, these are apparently normal conditions.
