Good Things about this Art Fair:
This show is very well organized with lots of valuable communication from the promoter. Lots of time to set up and very orderly getting in. Promoter and volunteers were visible through the show. Take down was a bit less organized, though still lots of time and easy.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Middle of summer and very hot/humid. While every booth I saw was indeed selling items that were made by hand, there is a distinct lack of curation for the amount of artistic creativity and originality in many of the booths; with everything from high end inlaid wood furniture and fine metalsmithed jewelry to name plates made from cut up pieces of license plates and custom cut mats for frames.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Great show for vendors who sell items made by hand at price points <$50.
