Good Things about this Art Fair:
The set up/booth layout was wonderful this year. The organizers redesigned it and it was fabulous. Traffic flow was better and more consistent.
Volunteers were top notch, coming by every hour or two with water for the vendors.
Nearby food trucks were a great mix
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Hard to sell big ticket items. Mostly small things go, notecards, prints (if you have them...and I don't which makes it tough).
Additional Commentary on this Show:
I've done this show for several years now...great excuse to visit Grandma! :)
Unfortunately, I didn't sell much this year. I know it is the right person at the right time sort of thing (such a rollercoaster we artists live on) but I almost didn't make booth fee this year....tough.
However, this was the coolest year I've ever had at this show...upper 80's. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!

Good Things about this Art Fair:
The promoters are so nice and helpful. They'll come by every hour or so with water bottles. You can drive right up to your booth location to unload/load at set up and take down...WHICH IS GREAT!
The weather is pretty good (I've done it for the past 5 years and only one bad storm came through at night) but can get HOT during the day. Set up my tent in 102 one year...sweating bullets. They always have great food vendors and the musical acts are fun to listen to (there is a stage across the park)
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Hard to sell big ticket items
Weather can get really HOT
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Good turn out for the area, but it is a smaller art fair so be prepared to have smaller items to sell because not many buy big pieces. It often takes the right person at the right time (regardless of how big the show is) but it is harder to find that person at this event.
HOT! Bring a hand held fan and LOTS of water.
