Good Things about this Art Fair:
Once you are juried in, you are part of the show for future years. It is a nice park setting. The spaces are large for the price. You can either park your car behind your booth or set up 2 booths. Easy to set up and tear down. They allow a Friday or Saturday morning setup. There are school kids to help you set up and tear down. The staff us friendly and helpful.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Traffic was low this year. It was the weekend of the furlough and it is a military town so a lot of people were concerned about money. That being said we did a couple hundred more than previous years. Not a lot bad to say. It is a pleasant show to do. Not really a high end art show though, more jewelry, quilting and craft based than high dollar art based.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
If you are an expensive fine artist this show is not for you. If you sell low to medium priced pieces $10 to $120 range, it would be a good fit.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
Setup was a breeze, pulled in right behind your booth and could park you vehicle in you spot all weekend Space was 15 ft x 35 ft. Weather was excellent. Crowd knew the show was here, bit signs advertising show Promoters extremely courteous, and knowledgable. Portopotties somewhat close. Parking for customers plentiful. Security excellent.
Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Once in show, grandfathered in. Lots of homemade products for sale. Felt like church bizarre instead of an arts and crafts show. Same weekend as govt. shutdown and 1/3 of crowd were out of work. Lots of families, not really a buying crowd, a lot of look e lous.
Setup not suppose to stake in ground but many did not read their info sent to them cause they were staking anyway. Not a lot of real art at the show.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
I live about 150 miles from show and do not plan to attend again, cause of all the schlock at the show. I would not say it was buy sell, but it is for those people that live in town and do one show a year that one. Felt like i was at a church bizarre with that type of merchandise.
