Thanks for your review. I'm searching for the best shows to apply for in Michigan that can handle my price point; $400 - $800. I do stained glass panels. Your review is the most recent one for Royal Oak. Can you tell me what your price point was, please?

Good Things about this Art Fair: Easy setup – This show is in a park and you can drive to your spot for setup and pack-up, you are also allowed to drive to your both at the end of the day and Sunday morning.
Always seems to be a good crowd at this show even in very hot weather.
Organizers were every visible during the show and on Sunday they visited each booth (they did not interrupt if you were busy with sales). I did notice they were making notes on each booth as they passed.
Bad Things about this Art Fair: The park is has a lot of hills so this could be an issue for some booth setups. They do try and place the booth locations on the flatter sections.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: This was my third year doing this show, in Michigan you never know what the weather will bring. The first two years I did this show it was over 100 degrees both days…bring battery operated fans to keep you and your booth cooled down. This year it was in the low 90’s, keeping the air moving using fans will keep Customers in your booth longer.
Additional Commentary on this Show (or about this form): This show draws a good mix of people and this year they did a wonderful job getting the word out about this show, with articles in 4 papers that I know of. This is a gem of a show to do and one I look forward to each year.
