Stewart Rein's review is fairly accurate. We have done this show a few times over a 15 year period and the only thing I would add is be prepared for gusting winds. Several years back a strong overnight wind took down 5 or 6 booths and even slightly shifted our canopy with 50 lbs on each corner and and extra 50 in the center at night and tied together with the booth behind us that also had good weights. Good Things about this Art Fair: Fine artists stand out because most of what is offered for sale is not necessarily fine art. Consistently good crowds. Seeing people's eyes open wide when they see a fine art booth
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Parking for artists can be tough. This is a huge show with a lot of buy/sell and other less expensive goods
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: Have a wide range of price points. Load in is early and a bit rushed. This is not a high end show by any stretch yet you can nickel and dime yourself into solid sales.
