Good Things about this Art Fair: Beautiful location in the wooded site. One of the best directors I've ever worked with, she had a real concern for the artists
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Can be challenging to load in/load out due to trees. Some of the time the show seemed really slow, attendance was low compared to prior years per the other artists we had talked to.
A little heavy on the jewelry
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: Traditional art seemed to sell better than contemporary. Lots of second home owners, so good customers with disposable income.
Additional Commentary on this Show: Mammoth Lakes is fairly remote, for us it was a long drive, even combined with other shows in California, if we hadn't combined it with vacation not sure it would have been worth it. Many of the artists we talked to said they were way down from last year's sales - not sure how the Hanta Virus in Yosemite impacted attendance.
