I sent an email to the committee asking a question before I decided whether to apply or not.I sent it twice and never got a reply. This leads me to believe that they have way too many applications and don't have time to answer emails from potential artists. I live in Carmel and am frustrated that my own town ignores me!

Good Things about this Art Fair: Nice venue (Main Street of the Carmel Arts & Design district) full of cafes and galleries. NE suburb of Indianapolis. Big crowds. Lots of volunteers helping. Good quality art, good balance of media.
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Sales were low despite the crowds. I was stuck on a side street with only 3 other artists, the committee was able to move 2 of us, I hope they don't put anybody there again!
Additional Commentary on this Show: The "Interntional" in the name comes from the booths set up by Carmel's sister cities in Japan and China.
