I did this show one time, in 2011 and had ok sales in the end... BUT I will never ever go back. It's horrible. Grueling hours without sales, Tons of buy/sell, terrible director, lack of police, drunk people, run down town, the list could go on for days... none of the artists I spoke with will come back and the police complained to me about being horribly short staffed. There is NO way this show should be on anyone's list.

Good Things about this Art Fair: There are a lot of people and set up is drive to your booth easy..some folks did well but with average price points under $30. People wanted to know why my pieces were so pricey, it was hard not to scream "they are handmade in the USA not overseas"
Bad Things about this Art Fair: Most of the town seemed to be unemployed and just out for entertainment, the show runs from 10 AM until 9 PM. Long and hot. My work is too pricey for this crowd with tons of buy/ sell and loads of food vendors.
Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: I wouldn't bother
Additional Commentary on this Show (or about this form): You can sleep in you van, rv, etc. in their parking lot, but the town stays awake and drinks beer then they came and peed next to the open doors of my van where I was trying to sleep. And the bands played late too. I was not comfortable after that ..
