Good Things about this Art Fair:
Fantastic, well-organized management. Attentive and courteous staff.

Easy to set up and tear down. You can pull up right in front of your booth. Nice space behind and on each side of your tent. Great vendor parking. Lots of traffic. Security on site in the evenings.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
A show I highly recommend for artists. Quality vendors and buyers who are willing to spend.

I love this show but this year was tough. I agree with Michelle's review.

The heat & rain storm killed the show this year.

This show treats the vendors with respect. They were handing out water during the extreme heat, provide breakfast Sat/Sun and a dinner Sat evening.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
Load in and out is easy. You can pull right up to your booth. Parking is free and very close. Most sites seemed level. Set up is on grass so even in the extreme heat it's not as bad as concrete!

The volunteer staff is very nice and helpful. There are booth sitters available by cell phone or you can schedule them.

Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Sales were pretty slow but that is partially due to the extreme heat I believe. Other artists mentioned that this was not that great of a show sales wise.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Seems to be a good filler show. But not a huge money earner.
