Good Things about this Art Fair:
Nice venue, good organization.

Bad Things about this Art Fair:
There was a very high booth fee, plus they charged attendees a $10 entry fee. They had galleries represented inside a building, all independents were outside.

Apparently most of the advertising was geared towards galleries. There was very low attendance despite good weather, and the photographers I spoke to had awful sales.

I didn't come close to making my expenses, lost $1200. Apparently this was the first year the show moved to a new venue. Faithful attendees stated they had to look on line to see when/where the show was.

I spoke to the coordinator and he stated he would set aside some time to talk to me about what I might do to improve. I called him two or three times, he never returned my call.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Wait a couple years, maybe it will improve over time.
