Good Things about this Art Fair:
In my opinion, this is one of the best shows of the Spring show season. Donna Potts, the director, is on the ball at all times. She communicates well before and during the show.

Everything runs smoothly. Load in/load out if you are under the big tent requires that you dolly, but if you pay to park at the school behind the tent it is relatively easy.

The best part of this show are the patrons. They come and they buy. I made 11 times booth fee; just slightly under what I made last year.

The show runs Friday night 5-9pm. Saturday 10-9pm and Sunday 11-5.

What could this Art Fair have done better?:
Nothing! I only wish all shows were like Brookside Art Annual.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
According to Donna, this year 1070 artists applied for approx. 150 spots, so if you plan to apply, show your best work. If you get in, don't close your booth at the designated closing time. I made $700.00 because I was still open past 9pm.

Good Things about this Art Fair:
THE PATRONS. The people who attend this show come out to buy and they are so appreciative of the art and artists.

The show director communicates well before/during the show. You have the option of being under a big tent or on the street. Due to weather, being under the tent can be a real plus.

You pay for parking, but it is a fund raiser for the school that is right next to the big tent.

Relatively easy load in/ load out. The art is top notch.

Bad Things about this Art Fair:
Very little to complain about.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show:
Apply. And if you get in, bring a lot of inventory.

Good Things about this Art Fair: The show is well organized and operates smoothly. Always great attendance and excellent sales for the things that this crowd wants. That usually translates into mid price range 2d items, but a number of people in different categories had good-excellent shows.

Bad Things about this Art Fair: Load-in and Load-out is difficult if you are under the large tent, since everything has to be brought from parking lot 100 yards away. The artist outside the tent have much easier load-in/load-out, but since the show usually gets at least one rain day, under the tent is the place to be. It is assigned based on who pays first.

Advice to Other Artists Considering this Show: Excellent show and worth doing for most.
